My Approach

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults ages 15–40 who are navigating life transitions, feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, or seeking to address challenges related to trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and negative core beliefs. Together, we focus on fostering growth, resilience, healing, and a deeper sense of connection. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and goals, build insight and self-awareness, and explore resources and practices that match your unique needs.

I work toward creating an environment of grounded warmth, curiosity, creativity, and acceptance. I use a mix of modalities, including EMDR, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, and DBT. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing comes from the connection with yourself, your relationships, and the world around you

I know how difficult it is to start this journey. Let's find a time to talk. I would love to hear more about what you're going through and what you are hoping to find in a therapist. If it turns out I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is.
